Shipping Policy

  • In-stock items are generally shipped within 3 days of your purchase. Made-to-order handbags will be given a specific time frame during the production process.
  • USPS Priority Mail is primarily used.
  • Style in The City Shop is not responsible for shipper-based issues including but not limited to delay, loss, or damage.
  • At this time, I am not shipping outside of the United States. If you do live outside the U.S., Please reach out to me if you want to purchase a product and I will work with you to make that happen!

Return Policy

  • Returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of a defect in the making of the handbag or accessory you received, or a mistake on my part in a custom order, or if prefer to exchange the item for another product.
  • Custom orders are not refundable.  
  • Requests for a return must be made within 10 days of the date of delivery. 
  • Returns are for store credit only, once the returned item has been received and approved based on condition. Likewise, for exchanges, the item must be received and condition approved, prior to store credit. 
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Returned item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Items must be returned in the same way it was boxed and wrapped, along with tags and the storage bag.
