I restyled it with a grunged vintage serape hatband in turquoise-to-indigo blue shades, a saltillo rustic patch on front, lots of aged pewter nailheads, and a couple of "broken" pheasant feathers tucked in. "Carpet Bag!"  Very collectible Lee Stemer designer purse.  1960s/70s Belgian carpet with griffin design and Black leather double handle, and black canvas ends. New York.  Added this modern tribal patterned jacquard ribbon, large silver tone and black stone concho pin, and silver-finish charms tied on (hearts, wishbone, feather, bird, cross, Guadalupe, winged heart, Catrine with guitar, horseshoe, tiny wing) 11 charms total!
