STYLE IN THE CITY is a consumer-friendly boutique !

We take extra precautions to check all merchandise for defects or damage prior to selling. However, sometimes during shipping, damage can occur. Therefore, refunds are always available when this happens including any shipping charges. The refund is in the form of a store credit with STYLE IN THE CITY.

You must contact us for a refund confirmation within 5 days of receiving the merchandise, and provide the order # and damaged item #. We will provide return instructions from there

For items that are not damaged or defective, but the customer is not happy with the product, contact us within 5 days of receiving the merchandise with the reason for wanting a refund, and we will give a store credit with STYLE IN THE CITY, less a 10% re-stocking charge. The customer pays for the return shipping. The returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and undamaged.
